The Styled Home is Maine’s Premier staging company serving the staging needs of Realtors, Custom Builders, Real Estate developers and homeowners. The company was originally founded in 2000 by Elizabeth Polansky, where she was the “trend setter” in home decorating services way before HGTV hit cable TV.

In 2004, The Styled Home introduced staging to Portland, Maine. Being the true pioneers to bring this invaluable marketing tool to the Real Estate industry of Maine and Southern, NH. The company has now grown to offer its clients the largest staging inventory North of Boston with 10,000 sq. feet of home furnishings poised to stage any size or style home or condo. As well as 20 years experience in the industry.

Our staging clients vary from homeowners who have lived in their home for years and need the professional advice on what they need to do in order to get their home market ready. To Realtors, builders and developers who need to have their vacant listing or property staged in order to capture it’s buyer. To a wealth of additional service that our company offers its clients.

The Styled Home continues to provide Interior Design services assisting busy homeowners who desire a cohesive, decorated look for their home, but who simply do not have the time, desire or know-how to get it done.

In addition to our company’s staging and design service we now have our furniture warehouse
showroom, The Styled Home by UpScale. Joining forces with one of Portland’s most well known furniture stores, UpScale we have created a furniture shopping experience unlike Portland has ever experienced. We offer for sale; retired staging furniture, exciting new furniture and selective consignment furniture as well as custom special orders to fit your decor needs. All with the focus on
affordability and enjoyment.
